Lower extremity lymphedema, edema and wound management are specialized areas that require focus on overall skin care and promotion of an optimal wound environment. The Lymphedema Lower Extremity (LLE℠) certification is an advanced credential that demonstrates a candidate's proficiency and mastery of essential knowledge and skills in lower extremity lymphedema management for accelerated wound resolution, beyond general wound care certification.
The (LLE℠) Lymphedema Lower Extremity certification program is offered by the National Alliance of Wound Care. This advanced LLE credential is specifically designed for clinicians currently certified in wound care who aspire to become leading experts in lower extremity lymphedema and wound management.
